casey doesn't come by friends easy. her lack of speaking ability makes it harder for her to relate to anyone else. that being said, casey is one of the most loyal friends you could ever ask for, if you wanna take the time to have a one sided conversation with a mute. once you get to know her, she does get a lot across with her gestures and her attitude. she's a happy girl, and gets along with pretty much everyone when given the chance. but she's too shy to initiate the contact.

casey doesn't have many enemies for the same reason she doesn't have many friends. it's hard to make someone angry when you can't talk to them. that being said, she doesn't hate easily, but her happy personality could get on some people's nerves fairly easily. she also gets targeted for hate because she hears things a lot of people don't because of the fact that she's silent. she's rarely noticed and because of that she knows a lot about everyone.

casey has never felt completely comfortable around members of the opposite sex when it comes to romance. she's find with being friends with guys, but once it gets to the next level, she get's a bit awkward. this was one of the few things that was actually made easier for her when she became mute. it's harder for her to find a guy who doesn't mind that they can't have a real conversation, but now, when she does date, she doesn't have to worry as much about saying the wrong thing. as far as final goes, it would have to be someone who either was okay with her being unable to speak and could understand her fairly well, or someone who she could talk around. if you're interested in this particular plot with her, let me know. i have a whole list of characteristics or whatever you want to call it for who she can talk to, so we can discuss that too.

Charlotte would pretty much ignore Casey. She is a cheerleader and fully believes in social status. If given the opportunity, Charlotte might say something a little snide to her but other than that there isn't much unless you have an idea. I just felt bad for Casey. :c But Charlotte unfortunately isn't the kind of person to befriend her.

Casey would definitely be envious of Charlotte because she has what Casey used to have before she lost her voice, but now she would spend a lot of her time avoiding Charlotte. She doesn't deal well with conflict and she knows from experience that when popularity and non-popularity mix, conflict is pretty much mandatory. It's not that she would be afraid of Charlotte, she would just feel better about not risking any sort of snide comment.

Elaria is fairly shy, but she'd probably get along with Casey quite well due to the fact that Casey wouldn't judge her as much as others might. Perhaps we could let them be friends or something?

She might help Elaria come out of her shell a bit, if that's what you're looking for, because she would be there to listen. If she got even the hint that Elaria wanted to be less shy then she would try to help her out with that as much as she could. Either way, I think they would get along really well.

So they're both in Creative writing. Awesome! :) So I mean like, maybe Tay can try to be friends? I don't know. Technically, she's a tiger and cat and bird don't really mix, but Tay tries to be friends with everyone. She's pretty outgoing, and would be like "HI I'M TAYLOR. WHO ARE YOU?" And Casey would be all ".........." And she'd be like "UM..... Okay? x)" But then she'd find out that Casey is mute and be all like "So, the other day, lahblabhalbhalbhalbahl" and babble about crap nobody cares about, but try to be Casey's friend and stuff? I don't know.
