One Saturday night, somewhere in the forest besides the Soccer field...
A setter gordon was running like mad, with his tongue hanging from his mouth as he gasped for air yet he kept running after a small deer. He ran over here, ran over there, finally tripped over a fallen tree while the nimble hind escaped, unharmed.
A tiger was watching the spectacle from up a tree, on his lips was a sly smile. 'See, Rodrigo? Who needs hunting classes? Well, you do, but I certainly don't. I mean, what do teachers know anyway? Only how to yell and punish, I tell you!
Besides, no, I don't need any teachers to teach me what I already know, what I already have written in my blood.'
Without a sound, the bengal tiger leaped down the tree and slowly walked past the setter gordon, who was just getting up and rubbing his head with a rust-colored paw. The tiger leaped over the fallen tree and looked over his shoulder.
'Watch. And learn.' His prideful green eyes seemed to say.
Sabrel followed his nose until it took him to the deer. Once he found her, he lowered his body against the ground and stalked soundlessly towards her. it seemed all these hours spent sitting before the TV watching NatGeoWild were paying off...
Rodrigo was watching from a distance. He rolled his eyes at his friend's skills. Sabrel was such a show off sometimes!
The hunting dog sat down and leaned his shoulder against a nearby tree, expecting Mr. perfect to bring down the deer now and show him how it was done... but just then there was a crack. Just loud enough to startle the deer and send her running away, disappearing in the shadows.
Sabrel roared with frustration. He leaped in the clearing where the deer had been and whirled about, with his ears pinned and his muzzle wrinkled.
'What did you do?!'
Rodrigo got up and started backing off slowly, shaking his head.
'I didn't do nothing!' [/blockquote]
