Alright, so it's time for an event! Starting October 1st, there will be a school Halloween dance in the gym and a haunted house! So this is how we'll do it. You have until October 1st to claim a costume here for each of your characters! Even teachers need to sign up because they'll be required to work as chaperones. So it's kind of like the animal sign ups! Only one type of costume per gender! For example, if someone has claimed a male vampire, sorry folks no more male vampires! But a female vampire would still be acceptable! Just fill out the form and reply here. Also, pictures are mandatory! Let's make this fun! But as with all school functions however, there are a few school rules thanks to headmaster Tatsuya Matsumara. RULE ONE: All costumes must be within a reasonable dress code! Shorter skirts are allowed but you must not be able to see butt cheeks or underwear! No excess cleavage, no bare midriff, no open chests for you men.
RULE TWO: Nothing obscene! No penis costumes, no plug and socket.
RULE THREE: No full face masks. Staff must be able to see who you are at all times. Partial masks are allowed.
RULE FOUR: No real weapons! This one will land you an expulsion, people. Use common sense.
RULE FIVE: Nothing controversial or tasteless. For example, no pregnant nuns. This might insult somebody and then the headmaster would be forced to pretend like he cares.
